Update and Draft 3

 

This is my 3rd draft, all inspired by Frida Kahlo's piece which I inserted, titled Two Fridas. This piece is about Kahlo's perspective of the constant pain she endured throughout her life. In my piece I also incorporated two images of Kahlo but unlike in the original painting, I faced the portraits facing away from one another. I then incorporated two monkeys which are seen in a few of Kahlo's pieces. I stuck with a psychedelic color scheme to represent the chaos Frida experienced along with the image of a bus to represent her accident, which had a major impact on her life. Lastly, I used ivy brushes to give that nature like feel which is seen in many of Frida Kahlo's work.
